Raju Namkeen Mixes We Stock

Four bowls of Gujarati namkeen: sev, peanuts, boondi, and a spiced mix, arranged on linen.
The kinds of pieces you find in a Raju namkeen mix: sev, peanuts, boondi, and a spiced blend. Image generated for this guide.

Raju Namkeen is a Surat-style snack brand we stock in 400 g packs, mostly listed at $3.99, with Bhatha Kani at $4.49. The mixes are not all the same heat, and several of them are tagged no garlic and no onion. This page is the product list people look for when a brand grid is only photos.

Every jar below is a real listing in the shop. A few Raju names are between batches. Those pages stay up so you can see the name, and the stock dot tells you if you can order today.

The milder and tangy jars

Bhatha Kani

Bhatha Kani is gram-flour sticks with a tangy edge, not a fine sev. It is the jar regulars ask for by name, and it is tagged no garlic and no onion. At 400 g it is a family pack, not a single-serve bag.

Khatta Mitha

Khatta Mitha is the sweet-and-sour mix: nuts, lentils, and crisp bits in one pack. It is not in the no-onion, no-garlic set. Choose it when you want a contrast to a purely hot mix.

Bombay Mix

Bombay Mix is the familiar blend of gram-flour strands, nuts, and spiced bits. It is in stock and it is not tagged no onion, no garlic.

Hotter Raju Namkeen, and the garlic jar

Tikha Mix is the hotter 400 g option, and it is tagged no garlic and no onion. Read the ingredient panel on that page if you are sensitive to chilli rather than to alliums. Heat and onion are separate questions.

Garlic Mix is the jar that puts garlic in the name. Skip it if you are shopping the no-onion, no-garlic filter. It is the right pack if garlic is the point.

Manglori Mix and Papad Chavanu are both tagged no garlic and no onion and both are in stock at $3.99. Papad Chavanu leans on crushed papad and poha for crunch. Manglori Mix is the rounder, savoury blend of the two.

Jars that are between batches

Surati Special, Nadiyadi Mix, Nylon Gathiya, and Opera Lasan Chevdo are Raju names we have carried. They are not in stock as of this writing. Opera Lasan is a garlic chevdo, so it will not suit a no-onion shopper even when it returns. The Raju Namkeen brand page shows the live grid, stock included.

If you only want the tagged jars, use the no garlic, no onion collection and filter with your eyes for the Raju labels. Pickup is at 40 Fountainhead Road, North York.
